Happy Birthday Puperoni 3rd Birthday!!

Hi there, thanks for stopping my blog today. I've got a super cute birthday card I made a bit ago for a three year old.

I made this card before I started my YouTube channel so no process video for you today, just a blog post and picture. I loved how this card turned out though and I definitely wanted to share it with you here.

I used Simon Says Stamp's "Favorite Puperoni 3x4 Clear stamp set".  You should check out this set, it's so cute!!!

I stamped the images in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them with Spectrum Noir Markers and one copic marker.

Tomoto sauce on pizza: CR8
Pepporoni: TN8
Puppy: IG6 & IG4
Ears: PL1
Feet and Face: E21 (Copic) & Blender
Hat: BT5, CT3 & BT7
Candles: BT5, CT3 & OR1
Pizza Plate: BT5, BT7 & Blender
Pizza Crust: EB5

For the sentiment I used the "Happy" from the stamp set and wrote my own B-Day letters myself.  For the banner that the sentiment is on it's die cut from Spellbinders Shapeabilities Banner Basics One. (This seems to no longer be available either sorry, I picked up a lot of Spellbinders dies at Homesense for really good prices over the years)  I used the Sizzix Big Shot machine to cut this die.

For the background I used an old Cuttlebug embossing folder called swiss dots. ( I will link to a similar one  on the market now) I also used the Sizzix Big Shot machine to create the embossed look.  For the floor I used some marble contact paper I got from Dollarama.

Then I adhered everything together using the Scotch Advanced Tape Glider. To finish off the card and add a pop of color to the card base I used barn door distress ink to distress the edges of the card stock.

Thank you for coming by and checking out this super cute card. I love sharing what I make with you all. I hope it brings a smile to your face and inspires you to create a fun project yourself. I'd love to hear from you in the comments, leave me a message!

Get Kids Crafty May Blog Hop Gardening theme

It's that time of month again where I share a fun crafty project that I made with my kiddo Riley for Get Kids Crafty. Hello and thank you for joining us for the May Get Kids Crafty! blog hop! We are thrilled to have you! Our theme this month is gardening and our kids have created some AMAZING projects to share with you! We had a lot of fun creating our project this month. We made a bumble bee mobile.  Both my kids love the song bringing home my baby bumble bee. Especially my youngest Liam, it seems to usually calm him down when he's upset.  So we created this fun project to the theme of the song.      First we had to die cut our bees, Here is Riley playing with an already cut bee in the Big Shot machine.      Here is Riley turning the handle on the Big Shot machine to cut out all our bees. We had to do 16 in total one for the front and back as you will see in a little bit. Here is what the finished bee looks like and the die cut that we used from
