Hedge Hog Hollow Video Hop

Hello there! Happy Tuesday today I'm part of a video hop called the Hedge Hog Hollow video hop.  The theme is of course hedge hogs.  There are prizes too so check out all the videos and enter.  Check out my video for more details on all the videos to hop to.

For my card I used Lawn Fawn's Jump for Joy stamp set.  Of course I used the hedge hop from the stamp set.  I stamped the hedgehogs in memento tuxedo black ink and colored them in with spectrum noir markers.  I used TN8, EB1 and PL1.

For my card base I used a background that I had previously made in another video. For this particular background I used paint and bubble wrap to make the background.  To see more details on this background check out the video here https://youtu.be/UGINRNkKP58

I adhered the stack of hedgehogs to the card base foam squares to pop of these guys.  Then I was ready to work on the sentiment. I used some black card stock and used the anti static pouch on the black card stock. Then I used Simon Says Stamp clear embossing ink and added Simon Says Stamp white embossing powder.  I used the Marvey heat tool to melt the embossing powder.  I should mention the sentiment "It's your birthday" is from the Lawn Fawn  Jump for Joy stamp set.  The other sentiment "No one stacks up to you" is from the Mama Elephant stamp sent Book Worm.  I cut out the sentiments and then I was ready to adhere them to the card. I used the Scotch Advanced tape glider to adhere the sentiment to the card.  To Finish off the card I used midnight blue nuvo drops and added them to the background of my card.

Get Kids Crafty May Blog Hop Gardening theme

It's that time of month again where I share a fun crafty project that I made with my kiddo Riley for Get Kids Crafty. Hello and thank you for joining us for the May Get Kids Crafty! blog hop! We are thrilled to have you! Our theme this month is gardening and our kids have created some AMAZING projects to share with you! We had a lot of fun creating our project this month. We made a bumble bee mobile.  Both my kids love the song bringing home my baby bumble bee. Especially my youngest Liam, it seems to usually calm him down when he's upset.  So we created this fun project to the theme of the song.      First we had to die cut our bees, Here is Riley playing with an already cut bee in the Big Shot machine.      Here is Riley turning the handle on the Big Shot machine to cut out all our bees. We had to do 16 in total one for the front and back as you will see in a little bit. Here is what the finished bee looks like and the die cut that we used from
