We created a fun Father's Day card using a Beth Duff Designs digital stamp called Rawrsome- A Get kids crafty exclusive stamp.

After I had printed off the digital stamp from the computer Riley colored the images. I let him use my spectrum noir markers which was scary for me as they are a bit more expensive and he's not the nicest or gentle when it comes to coloring with markers.   Though I kept reminding him to be gentle with them and we sat together and colored. He was so focused as we colored together and it was a lot of fun.  He used the green colors from the spectrum noir set.  He also added some glitter to the dinosaurs using the clear wink of stella brush.

To finish off the card Riley helped me to some embossing with the Big shot machine.  We embossed some chevrons.

Then I cut apart the different pictures he had colored so they could go on the card and adhered everything together using the scotch advanched tape glider and the X Xyron Sticker maker.  I also added the word Dad which is from a Beth Duff Designs freebie set.

Thank you for reading this far. I hope this project inspired you to be crafty with your kids and put a smile on your face. I can't wait to see the look on my husband's face on Sunday when he opens this card from his little 3 year old.  This is the first official card he's made with me or I've been inspired to make with his coloring.  I know his dad will love it but still I look forward to that moment.

Now, check out the other projects from the rest of the Get Kids Crafty Creative Team.  You will find more RAWRSOME projects if you hop on over to their blogs too.

Get Kids Crafty May Blog Hop Gardening theme

It's that time of month again where I share a fun crafty project that I made with my kiddo Riley for Get Kids Crafty. Hello and thank you for joining us for the May Get Kids Crafty! blog hop! We are thrilled to have you! Our theme this month is gardening and our kids have created some AMAZING projects to share with you! We had a lot of fun creating our project this month. We made a bumble bee mobile.  Both my kids love the song bringing home my baby bumble bee. Especially my youngest Liam, it seems to usually calm him down when he's upset.  So we created this fun project to the theme of the song.      First we had to die cut our bees, Here is Riley playing with an already cut bee in the Big Shot machine.      Here is Riley turning the handle on the Big Shot machine to cut out all our bees. We had to do 16 in total one for the front and back as you will see in a little bit. Here is what the finished bee looks like and the die cut that we used from
