The Stamping Boutique Challange use Ribbon/Lace

Hello there it's that time again where I share a card with using a Stamping Boutique image and play along with the challenge over at the challenge blog. This week's challenge is us ribbon or lace.

I really love the Cynthia fairy images, they are so cute! Go check out the Stamping Boutique Website and see all the great Cynthia images.  How can you not love all these images?

Anyways back to the card. I'm really happy with how this card turned out. I colored Cynthia with my copic and Spectrum Noir markers. I used a glitter pen for her wings.   The sentiment is from the Micheal's $1 bin and it's on vellum embossed with white embossing powder. Then of course to go along with the what the challenge is all about I added the pearly ribbon that I got from my grandma some time ago (I've got tons of it to use up and this is some of my favorite lace my grandma gave me, I also find it really easy to add to a card or project)

So now it's your turn to come craft with us.  Get creative with us and you've got a change to win some Stamping Boutique images. All the details are over at the challenge blog. I really hope you join us for this fun challenge.  I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with. Also on the blog more great cards and inspiration from the other members on the design team.

The Stamping Boutique Challenge "Spring"

It's that time again where I share a card with you using a Stamping Boutique image for the challenge blog.  This week's challenge is "Spring" and I don't know about you but it's definitly been looking and feeling like spring a whole lot where I live. Lots of sunny shiney warm days and a bunch if rain in April to bring us May flowers as they say.

well anyways, here is my card...

I used TSB image "Bunny Egg"
I colored the image with my Spectrum Noir markers and used some Memento Tuxedo Black ink around the paper of the image just to make it pop out.  Then I found the background paper in my stash of 12x12 papers I don't really use but I've been trying to pull them out more now.   Then the sentiment is from a $1.50 stamp bin at Micheal's. I used snow embossing powder over the black paper flag.  To finish off the flag I added three small purple half pearls.  Also as you can see the card base is a light purple.

Now it's your turn to hop on over to the blog, see the other great creations from the other design team members, be inspired and get that card linked up for your chance to win some Stamping Boutique images of your very own.  All the details you need to know are over at the Challenge Blog.

Come & Get it- Baby makes 3 or more challenge

Hello there, it's Thursday and I am entering a card into the challenge over at come and get it. This week's challenge is And  Baby makes three or more.  I thought making this card would make perfect sense because well I just had my very first baby on April 1st.  It's been so crazy, fun, challenging but so worth every minute.   So as a member of the Design Team for the Stamping Boutique we are asked to make a card and link it up with challenges that we are sponsering.  So this month I chose this one and I just made the deadline almost with not much time to spare.

I colored the image which of course is from The Stamping Boutique it's called "Little Princess" with my spectrum noir markers and some copics too.  Then added the word baby using an old Stampin Up stamp I have. The ink I used with the stamp was "My Favorite Things" Hybrid Ink Razzle Berry. Then to finish off the card I used some pink half pearls.

So it may be to late to join in or maybe you can squeeze a card or project in the last minute. Either way be sure to hop on over to the Come and Get it Challenge Blog for lots of entries and inspiration.
