Happy Birthday Puppies!

Here is a fun card I created back in September for my friend's son who turned 1 in September.  I had a lot of fun creating all the bits and pieces to make this scene.  I used Lawn Fawn's "Happy Howloween" stamp set. The trees are from Simon Says Stamp "Love makes a Home" stamp and die set.

We Ott to together soon

Here is a recent card I made using Lawn Fawn's "Year Five" Birthday stamp set.  Though I changed the sentiment and put my own spin on it to fit the occasion just right. I made this card for a friend who I haven't seen in awhile and we've been try it to get together.  Plus who doesn't like getting fun mail in their mailbox amongst the bills and the junk mail? Am I right? I used some scrapbook paper I had in my stash to add a pop of color.  Then to ink the edges and make them stand out more I used three My Favorite Things Hybrid inks.

Hope your birthday is loads of fun! ~ Fall Edition

Hello There, Woah it's been awhile since I posted on here. I've really got to catch up. I've been making a ton of things I just need to find more time in my day to get the content here on the blog.  This is a card I made back in September for a friend, and it was loads of fun to make this super cute fall themed birthday card. I used Lawn Fawns "Jump for Joy" stamp set for the leaves and critters.  The sentiment comes from Lawn Fawns "Loads of fun" stamp set and the tree is Simon Says Stamps "Love makes a home" stamp and die set. One last Summer card- You're the coolest!

Hello, It's Tuesday and today marks the day of back to school for the kiddos here in Canada at least.  I've got one last summer themed card until we dive into all things Autumn and cozy! So slider cards are really popular these days. They have been around for awhile but the companies "My Favorite Things" and "Lawn Fawn" have made it a lot easier with slider dies to create fun interactive cards.  I didn't use there products to create this fun slider card but I cut the slider hole myself with an exacto knife. I will link down below to the products you can get to create sliders. I'd eventually like to get my hands on these dies myself as it would make these cards a lot faster. Anyways, I used My Favorite Things "Penguins in Paradise" stamp set and colored the images with copic and spectrum noir markers.  I added a bit of detail to the penguins blue shorts and there belly's with a white pen. I created the sand with a spectrum noir ma

New Home- Apartment in the city Style

I've got a fun card to share with you today. I really enjoyed putting this card together for a friend who just moved into the heart of the city into an apartment building. For this card I used My Favorite Things Fishtail Flags STAX die-namics to place the sentiment on.  For the sentiment I stamped "New Home" used letter stamps from the $1 bin at Micheal's. To create the cloud, tree and building I used Simon Says Stamp "Love makes a Home" stamp set and dies.  I created the shape of the building freely as the stamp set only allows you to do a smaller house but since I needed to make an apartment I did my own thing. To stamp all the details I used Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  Lastly I drew the little car and outlined it with a white pen .  For the tree I used My Favorite Things Chocolate Brown Hybrid Ink and Simon Says Beanstalk Green ink. I will be linking this card up with Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge for this week.  This week's

Let's Chill ~ Lawn Fawn winter scene

Hello I've got a card to share with you today.  I'm so excited to share another card with you featuring the lawn fawn stamp set toboggan together .  I just can't stop using it it's just too cute! This time I created some slopes for these cute animals to chill out on.  The sentiment is from the "Penguins in Paradise" stamp set from My Favorite Things. I used Simon Says Stamp "Beanstalk Green" to stamp the trees and outlined it with a green copic marker. I also did the trunk of the tree with a brown copic marker. The sky I used My Favorite Things "Blue Raspberry" ink.   Then of course my cute images are colored with copic markers. To stamp the lawn fawn stamps I used "Memento Tuxedo Black" ink.

To a deer friend

Hello There I've got a very fun card to share with you today.  I love how this card turned out! I created a scene with the super cute Lawn Fawn stamp set "Toboggan Together" .  I just can't get enough of Lawn Fawn these days, so cute and I'd love to create with every stamp set. So I finally got around to using this set which is new to me and was able to create this fun scene. I don't usually create this detailed a scene but I've been so inspired by other crafters cards and wanted to try.  I blended the background with My Favorite Things "After Midnight" Hybrid ink and the moon is My Favorite Things "Banana Split" Hybrid ink.  The two dear from the stamp set are colored with my copic markers.  The sentiment is also from the same stamp set.  For the grass I used My Favorite Things grassy Fields Die-namics .  Last but not least to create the trees I recycled a Kleenex box that had this pattern on it. I will be linking this

Thanks "Penguin Style"

I'm excited to share this super cute card with you that I created with the set from My Favorite Things "Penguins in Paradise"  I used some MFT hybrid ink as well to create the blended circle background. I used three different colors which are Banana Split , Chocolate Brown and After Midnight . The Palm trees are from Lawn Fawns "Critters from the Past" stamp set.  The sentiment is die cut from an older sizzix die. The penguin and sentiment are colored with my copic markers and I added the sparkle with a clear wink of Stella pen to finish it off. I made this card in my mind for my Husbands grandparents.  We just went on vacation to visit them and they live on the lake. So I gave this card to them as a thank you for letting us visit them and stay with them.  I thought it was fitting and cute as they live on the lake. I said to them "if a penguin came to visit you it might look like this". Fun times. I hope you're having a great summer,
