It's Friday once again and of course I have a challenge to share with you from the Stamping Boutique. This week over at the challenge blog we are featuring a challenge just in time for St. Patrick's Day which will happen next week on the 17th of March.
We'd love for you to craft along with us and enter this fun challenge. So think green, clovers, rainbows, leprechauns, luck or whatever else you think of when you think of St. Patrick's Day. So without further ado here is my card for this week's challenge:
I used TSB image Princess Jennifer Latte walking her Dog
The Stamping Boutique has a lot of great images for St. Patrick's Day but I decided to go with this image just to switch things up a bit and to not be so traditional when it comes to St.Patrick's Day. I of course used green to color in Princess Jennifer Latte's outfit (which I colored with my Spectrum Noir Markers) and the rest of the image is also colored using the same markers. I decided to go with a brown/black boarder around the image to bring out the blacks and drown in the latte cup. Then I went with the traditional green for the background. I then used the clover and good luck stamps which come from the Micheal's dollar bin. Finally to finish off the card as you can see I added some half pearls in green for that final touch.
