Hello Hello, happy Monday I have a card to share with you today and I am so excited about it. I had so much fun making this card and it has a fun element to it.
I used the stamp set Seas the Day by Beth Duff Designs. This stamp set is part of the summer release and will be available for purchase on July 28 or as a bundle on the 27th over on the BDD website.

As a member of the Get Kids Crafty creative team I had the chance to work with a few of the sets before they were released and create and help promote a great company. Keep reading to see some of the products coming soon.
The images and sentiment are both from the seas the day stamp set. They were stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. On the sentiment I used Simon Says Stamp clear embossing powder and set it with the Marvey heat tool.
The circle was created with the big shot machine and the Spellbinders nestabilities Standard circles Large dies. I then colored the images and circle with Spectrum noir markers and a few comic markers too. The Spectrum noir markers I used were BT2, TB2, TB3, TN7,TN2 and the Coptic colors I used were YG17 Grass Green, B24 Sky, Y15 cadmium yellow, YR04 Chrome orange, B02 Robins egg blue and YG03 yellow green.
As you can see part of the sentiment was popped up with foam tape. I used the scotch mounting tape to add some dimension here.
Then comes the fun and interactive part of the card. Awhile back I got some fun sequins changing pillow cases from Dollarama for a good deal. Well I stocked up some for the house and some for crafty purposes. I finally got around to using it on a crafty projects and I love the results.
I was able to cut it apart and it still stayed in tact to change the sequins and add a fun element to the card. I cut it to wrap around the circle. I used felt glue to adhere the sequins pillowcase/fabric to the card as it’s what I had on hand but I think a fabric glue would work better. To adhere the circle I used the scotch Advanced Tape Glider.
Checkout the card below, there will also be a video at the very end seeing this fun card in action.
I hope you were inspired by this card. Check out the Beth Duff Designs Facebook page, Instagram and website for all the up to date info on the summer release and get your hands on this stamp set and more when the summer release is available.
P.S. I don’t know about you but now I want to add sequins changing elements to all the things, hehe!
