Tonka 2nd Birthday!

This is a recent custom order I did and I love how it turned out.  I found this image in black and white on Google images. I then printed it off and colored it in with spectrum noir markers.

The balloons are cut from a old sizzix die I have in my crafty collection.  The sentiment is from Avery Elle's birthday bus stamp set.  It's stamped on black paper and heat embossed with Micheal's recollections white embossing powder.  To finish off the sentiments presentation I cut flag ends on each side.

I embossed the background with Swiss dots embossing folder.
