Happy Birthday You!

Hello Hello!  I recently made these cards for my nieces birthdays which are October 15th and October 21st. My niece Florence turned 5 and as you can tell she likes pink.  My niece Fiona turned 9 and she likes the color blue.  They are amazing girls and like a lot of the same things though they both love tsum tsum so I added a tsum tsum balloon to finish off the card and add a bit of their personality and something they like. I used My Favorite Things Pure Innocence ``Birthday Girl`` stamp (This particular stamp is retired).  I colored her up with copic markers and spectrum noir markers. He hair is colored with black pencil crayon and black pen for the detailing. The embossing folder is one I have in my crafty stash.  I inked them up with spun sugar and salty ocean distress inks.  I added glitter to the word you and to the girls dresses using the clear wink of stella brush. Lastly the Happy Birthday sentiment is from Avery Elle`s stamp set ``Birthda...

It's the start of a new week and I've got a pumpkin spice themed card to share with you today! I love how this card turned out. I ended up making three of these cards as I sold them. It's stamp in color box orange ink and embossed with ranger fine detail clear embossing powder.  Happy crafting this week! It's stamped with the orange ink from color box and embossed with clear embossing powder.  The brown Chevron look is done with a stencil from Heidi Swapp and inked with walnut stain distress ink. Then finally I added some sparkle to the inside and outside with the clear wink of Stella pen.  May you week be pumpkin spice a...

With this marriage the force is strong

Hello Hello! I've got another fun card to share with you all! This is a completely custom order card from my friend.  She was recently invited to a wedding where the groom really likes Star Wars and the Bride likes desserts especially pie with lots of whipped cream. So my friend wanted to combine their two favorite things into the perfect wedding card for them. Random, but why not? After talking it over with my friend we agreed on yoda and the sentiment custom made in Microsoft Word  in true yoda style "With this marriage the force is strong"  Let me tell you this was a very fun and unique card to make but I loved it. I love really personalizing cards.   I printed Yoda and the pie off the internet and added some 3D whipping cream with my Marvy snow marker to create a fun look.   I love how Yoda is using the force to bring the pie to him too fun.  I hope the recipients love it as much as I loved creating it! Happy crafting! May the ...
