Hello again, it's Friday! I've got another great challenge and card to share with you from The Stamping Boutique Challenge Blog.   This week's challenge over at the blog is " More Than One Layer " TSB Image:  The Magic of Pretend I used this image for my very first card on the Design Team for The Stamping Boutique and I thought it was about time I pulled it out again and made another cute card with it. It's Friday and you know what that means? It's time for me to share another challenge and another card with you from The Stamping Boutique.  This week's Challenge over at the TSB Challenge Blog is Hearts. This challenge comes just in time for Valentine's Day so if you still have some Valentine's Day projects to get done or upload why not participate with us. Hello There, Things have been pretty busy around here for me and to be honest I haven't gotten a lot of card-making and or scrapbooking into my schedule. There are a few reasons for that my husband and I just moved into a bit bigger place because of our upcoming baby. Only about 2 more months to go, the time is just flying by. Therefore of course my craft room supplies are all packed up and we are slowly unpacking and really getting organized with our new space. I was able to pull out some of my crafting goodies and give them a new place just in time for a new release from The Stamping Boutique.  So today I have 2 cards to show you with 2 brand new images being released today. Wahoo!!! Guess what? It's Friday again and you know what that means, I've got a new card to share with you using a Stamping Boutique image. Just a heads up with 2015 comes some changes to our posting and sharing schedule. I wanted to let you know that we'll now be posting challenges twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month. So hop on by then and see what we are creating and get inspired.  So now onto the first challenge of 2015- Winter Birthday I used the image Coroling Snowman   I coloured the image with my copic markers and spectrum Noir markers. I then added some sparkle with a clear sparkle gel pen. The sentiment is stamped onto vellum and it says, "Happy Birthday to you" the stamp is from the $1.50 bin at Michael's.  To finish off the card I used some blue half pearls on the side.  So head on over to The Stamping Boutique Challenge blog page and find out all the info how you too can participate in this challenge. Happy Tuesday! I've got a new card to share here with you today.  I stumbled upon a challenge blog called Creative Knockouts and loved the challenge for this week, it's For The Kids .  I also thought the sponsor for the challenge had super cute images and I felt totally inspired.  The sponsor for this week is a Random Fan .  I just knew I had to participate and make a card for this challenge. So here is my card: I love this new My Favourite Things Pure Innocence stamp, it's called "Happy Banner". I recently got this one and had to break it out for this card.  The sentiment is also from the same stamp set. I really love the colours in this card and how it all turned out!

I really love how this card turned out. It's one of my favourites from the holiday season for sure!  It's using both embossing folders from the Tim Holtz Sixxiz Alterations Knit set embossing folders.  Again the trees were hand coloured and the red in front sponged with ink. The back panel of red is card stock.  The reindeers are not coloured though they have scented embossing powder on them which smells like a snicker doodle cookie. I was so excited to find this embossing powder! I thought it was so fun and I do love those cookies and it's smell.  Also of course the sentiment comes from the Michael's $1.50 bin.
