Hello I'm back with two new cards in my Fall Card Series over on my YouTube channel.
For Today's card I used Simon Says Stamp Floral Mix Background stamp. I used Simon Says Stamp clear embossing ink to ink the stamp and used my stamping platform to stamp on some watercolor paper. After the image was stamped I used Simon Says Stamp White embossing powder over the stamped image and heat set that with the Marvey Heat tool.
Then it was time to watercolor my stamped image. I used some water colors I have in my collection. I actually got these watercolors in Armenia when I visited there a few years back. I used a Sakura water brush to water color the flowers.
When the water coloring was all done I cut the background into two so I could make two cards. I adhered the background pieces onto the card base with the Scotch Advanced Tape Glider. Then I took the clear wink of stella pen to add some sparkle to the flowers. When using the wink of stella pen on watercolor you need to be slow and careful as the water colors can react again. So it's best to work from darkest to light. I also dabbed off some of the darker color on the side so it didn't transfer to my lighter areas.
For the sentiments I used some Fall Themed Vellum scrapbook papers I had in my collection.
