Hello hello, I haven’t blogged in a bit so sorry. I keep meaning too but life gets in the way. I’ve been organizing my crafty corner in my bedroom and working on a lot of different crafty projects. Stay tuned as I do have lots to share!

Today I have this super cute and bright card to share with you. I used the stamp set Unstoppable by Beth Duff Designs. This is seriously one of my favorite Beth Duff Designs stamp set.

I stamped the girl and the sentiment from the stamp set in memento tuxedo black ink. Then I used distress inks to watercolor the girl. The distress inks I used are faded jeans, shaded Lilac, Dusty concord, tea dye and gathered twigs.
For her skin I used my copic marker E21 soft sun.
For the embossed background I used an older embossing folder I have in my collection called Swiss Dots by Cuttlebug. (I will link to a similar one below) I ran the embossing folder through my Big Shot machine by Sizzix. Then to add a pop of color I used lots of bright washi tape I had in my collection.
I have so much washi tape I use it a lot in my planner but don’t reach for it too often when card making so it was very fun to use it on this card.
I used torquoise card stock for the card base. The card stock came from Micheal's.
To adhere the background piece I used the scotch advanced tape glider. To adhere the girl and sentiment I used the Xyron X sticker maker.
Finally to finish off the card I used the memento tuxedo black ink to distress the edges and help the other colors on the card to pop even more.
