Happy Anniversary

Hi there, Happy Monday!  I am so excited to finally share this card with you today.  I'm finally catching up on all my blogging I need to do.  It feels great and I love sharing my cards with you my readers so that you can see how products are used and inspire you in your own crafty adventures.

I made this card back in March for my Husband for our 5th wedding anniversary. I'm just finally getting it up on the blog. Things have been busy around here.

I used the stamp set Upon a star from Lawn Fawn for the foxes and stars. To stamp the foxes I used Memento Tuxedo Black ink. Then I colored them OR1 (Spectrum Noir) and YR07 Cadmium Orange (Copic).  For the stars I stamped them in Simon Says Stamp Clear embossing ink and used Lawn Fawn Glow in the Dark embossing powder and heat set those with the Marvey heat tool.  Yes, the stars glow in the dark, I am still in awe that I can make things glow in the dark on my cards and projects it's just too fun.

Then the grass was cut using My Favorite Things Grassy edges die-namics and sponged using mowed lawn distress ink.  I used the Big shot machine to cut out the grass.  The sentiment was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. It was a stamp I've had in my collection not sure where it is from.  Everything was adhered using the Pink Advanced Tape Glider by Scotch.

That completes all the steps for this card, I hope you are inspired and can get some crafty time in your week.
