Hello, Happy weekend! I know Christmas is still a bit away but I couldn't resist making this card with the new Here we go A-waddling set from Lawn Fawn.
The Penguins and lamp post are stamped with momento tuxedo black ink from the set. The Penguins are colored with Copic and spectrum noir markers. The light post is watercolored with mustard seed distress ink.
The houses are from Tim Holtz Alterations die Townscape (Unfortunately this die is discontinued but there are similar dies out there that can help you achieve a similar look). Then the sky is water colored with faded jeans distress ink. The windows are water colored again with the mustard seed distress ink.
To add the snow which has a 3D effect I used the marvy snow marker and used my heat tool to make it puffy. The snow in the sky is done by using a Sakura Jelly Roll white pen. The tree is die cut from Simon Says stamps set Love builds a home.
The card base is a shappire sparkle paper I have in my stash and then finished off with white card stock.
Lastly the sentiment is stamped on the inside using momento tuxedo black ink and it's from the same Lawn Fawn stamp set.
