Hello there and welcome back to my blog. I hope you're enjoying seeing all these thank you cards I created recently.
Here are two more cards of my recent thank you card order. I really love how this first card turned out, it's so simple and fun.
I used this fun embossing folder as the background and I feel it creates a great base for the other elements on the card. I sponged the edges of the embossed background to finish it off. The Thanks sentiment is from a die I have in my stash I don't know what company it is from. The birds are from Lawn Fawn's stamp set Cheery Christmas and they are colored in with my spectrum noir markers. I used some patterned paper for the bottom of the card to finish it off.
I really love how this second card turned out too. I love the cream colored embossed background. The butterflies are actually from another $1.50 stamp from Micheal's. I fussy cut them out and embossed them in clear embossing powder. That way I could water color them and get a cool effect. The thanks sentiment is also a $1.50 stamp from Micheal's and that too is water colored using my 24 colors Koi watercolors.
