The Stamping Boutique New Release MAY

Happy Monday! To start off the week I've got three cards to share with you. The Stamping Boutique has three new images in the store and I got the chance to make some cards with them to show you some of the possibilities that you can create with this new images.

Spring is in the air and it's been so warm and sunny out where I live.  If this is any indication how warm it will be this summer we are in for some warm and nice weather. This new image is the perfect image for the beach lover or summer projects you have in mind.  Of course I colored the image with my copic markers and spectrum noir markers. Then I made a fishtale banner out of velum and stamped the "Aloha" sentiment and embossed it with clear embossing powder over the razzle berry ink. To finish off the card I used some red half pearls.

I colored this image with my spectrum noir and copic markers. Then I kept it simple with the rest of the card.  Just added a fishtale banner for the sentiment. The sentiment says "delight in the small things" (Sorry it's a bit blurry) The sentiment is embossed using snow embossing powder. To finish off the card I added some purple half pearls.

I think this is my favorite new image if I had to pick one.  It's so fun!  I colored the image with my copic markers and spectrum noir markers. I inked up the edge of the image with black ink to make it pop a bit. The sentiment "Celebrate" is embossed using snow embossing powder.  To finish off the card I added blue half pearls.

Be sure to stop on over the Stamping Boutique Challenge Blog and see more great cards using these new images. The rest of the design team also created some lovely cards.  Go be inspired the new release post is here, also if you love these images go grab them at the online store.

Get Kids Crafty May Blog Hop Gardening theme

It's that time of month again where I share a fun crafty project that I made with my kiddo Riley for Get Kids Crafty. Hello and thank you for joining us for the May Get Kids Crafty! blog hop! We are thrilled to have you! Our theme this month is gardening and our kids have created some AMAZING projects to share with you! We had a lot of fun creating our project this month. We made a bumble bee mobile.  Both my kids love the song bringing home my baby bumble bee. Especially my youngest Liam, it seems to usually calm him down when he's upset.  So we created this fun project to the theme of the song.      First we had to die cut our bees, Here is Riley playing with an already cut bee in the Big Shot machine.      Here is Riley turning the handle on the Big Shot machine to cut out all our bees. We had to do 16 in total one for the front and back as you will see in a little bit. Here is what the finished bee looks like and the die cut that we used from
