Simon Says You gotta have friends #3

I've got another card to share with you tonight. I went crazy with polka dots.  I just found some cool polka dotted fabric tape at the dollar store that I wanted to try out. (That's the blue polka dotted strip you see on the card) Loving it, I got a few more colours too.

I will also be entering this card in the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge called "Simon Says You gotta have friend" This card is a great way to tell a friend that they are sweet or just to say thank you.

This very sweet girl and sentiment is from Pink Cat Studio and its the Lily baked a pie stamp set.
