Saying Thank you with flowers!

It's Wednesday and I have one more thank you card to share with you here on the blog today! I hope you like it.  I once again used a flower stamp set I picked up at Dollar Tree.  I used Memento Tuxedo Black ink to stamp the flowers and used  my copic and spectrum noir markers to color in the stamped images.  To outline the die cut I used a "Sakura White Souffle Opaque Puffy Pen"   I also used    Simon Says Stamp "On edge thank you wafer die"  from the you have my heart release for the sentiment. Thank You "Dino"

Happy Monday! I hope this week goes well for you and that this card finds you well and gives you some inspiration for your week.  Here's to getting some crafty time in this week. 😉 I created this card with an old stamp set from My Favorite things that is no longer available and I'm not sure what the back embossing folder is ☹ I have so many embossing folders in my stash and I got them a long time ago.  The stamped image is colored with copic markers.  The background behind the embossed background is done by directly sponging two ink pads onto the paper. The ink pads I used were Memento Tuxedo black ink and My favorite Things "Field Day" ink. Also the sentiment is once again    Simon Says Stamp "On edge thank you wafer die"  from the you have my heart release. Affiliate Link Disclosure: I participate in various affiliate programs. Thank You

I recently made a few more Thank you cards for my co-workers at work since I just went on maternity leave last week.  I used a flower stamp set I picked up at Dollar Tree to do this card.  Then I used Simon Says Stamp "On edge thank you wafer die" from the you have my heart release. I also colored the flowers with copic and spectrum noir markers. Then finished it off with some half pearls. Affiliate Link Disclosure: I participate in various affiliate programs. Happy Mother's Day 2017

Hello there, last weekend on May 12th we celebrated Mother's Day and here are 3 cards I made this year for Mother's Day!  I hope you like them. I really like how they turned out.  I used all supplies from my stash and most of the product is not available now. Though similar projects could be done with newer stamps. Challenge: Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge "A bit of sparkle" This last card the flower vase sparkles 😉 Affiliate Link Disclosure: I participate in various affiliate programs. 10 years of blogging!

I've got an exciting post to share with you today!!! May 1, 2017 marks 10 years since I started this blog.  I can't believe I've had this blog up and running for 10 years.  I haven't always been active or posting regularly but I've tried to share what I've been making as much as possible. I first started this blog as a place to share what I was making and also have a record in one place of all the cards I was making.  As you can see if you were to go back to my first posts my style has changed and I feel like I have improved on my card making. I find it interesting to have 10 years of crafting in one place to look back on and draw inspiration from some of my older posts.  I've got so many hopes and dreams for this blog and for my crafting.  I've thought about starting a Youtube channel and an Etsy shop.  All I know is that I want to keep crafting for 10 years and more so we we will see where my crafting takes me in the years to come.  ...
